If you would like to support the activities of the Maldotti Library, simply sign your name and enter the tax ID number of the Marcantonio Maldotti Foundation in the corresponding space on your tax return under “Funding for the preservation, promotion, and development of cultural and landscape heritage” (Forms 730, UNICO, and CUD).
The 5 per Mille donation is free and does not replace the 8 per Mille donation; you may choose both options.

Tax benefits
Charitable contributions and commemorative donations are deductible for individuals and legal entities pursuant to Article 83 of Legislative Decree 117 of July 3, 2017.
To claim the deduction
Contributions must be made via the banking system, and the appropriate document certifying the payment (bank statement) must be attached to your tax return.
Therefore, contributions made in cash are not eligible for deduction.
